BALTIMORE, MD - Sophomore Sandra Lebo (Princeton Junction, NJ/W. Windsor-Plainsboro) and freshman Meg McIntosh (Los Angeles, CA/Brentwood) both scored two goals to lead the Johns Hopkins women's soccer team to a 7-0 victory over Bryn Mawr this afternoon in Centennial Conference action.

The Blue Jays improved to 9-5-1 overall and 5-2 in the conference with their fifth straight CC win, while Bryn Mawr fell to 3-11-1 overall and 0-8 in the conference.

Lebo added an assist in the match and is now second on the team with 10 points, while McIntosh was playing in just her second career game after missing much of the season with an injury.

Sophomore Jenn Sciarpelletti (New Hyde Park, NY/New Hyde Park) and freshman Brenda Bzdak (Mequon, WI/Homestead) and Katherine Taft (Goshen, KY/Kent) each scored a goal and added an assist as JHU scored its most goals since defeating Western Maryland 7-1 last season. Sciarpelletti is tied for second on the team with four goals and is third in points (9). Bzdak has scored in each of the last three games and has seven points on the season.

Junior Anne Adamczyk (Georgetown, MA/Governor Dummer) and freshman Jen Goebel (Jericho, NY/Jericho) combined for the shutout, the third straight for and ninth on the year for Hopkins. The Blue Jays outshot the Owls 22-4 and held a 14-2 advantage on corner kicks.

The Blue Jays return to action Wednesday as Hopkins hosts McDaniel at 7:00 p.m.
