Gallery: (6-5-2024) Tennis Courts at Johns Hopkins 2024
The Johns Hopkins men's and women's tennis teams debuted brand-new tennis courts in the fall of 2014. The $1.5 million facility upgrade included a complete resurfacing of all six courts with Deco Turf, a multi-layer cushioned tennis court surface that provides maximum player comfort with exceptional performance. It is the same surface as the US Open and features the same color scheme as the Australian Open. The upgrade also included a state of the art lighting system for night matches.
In the summer of 2023 the tennis facility was renovated, including repairs to the surface, re-painting of the courts in a blue and gray color scheme, as well as new net posts. In addition, signage was added to recognize both programs' All-Americans.
