GETTYSBURG, PA - Senior Marco Priolo tied what is believed to be the school record for single-season victories as the Johns Hopkins wrestling team fell to Muhlenberg 31-18 and Ursinus 28-18 in Centennial action on Saturday. The Blue Jays fall to 2-10, 0-3 in the Centennial Conference with the losses.

Priolo tied what is believed to be the school record for single-season victories with a win over Tim Hulme of Ursinus. That decision gives Priolo 27 victories this year, tying the mark set by David Kraus last year for the Blue Jays. Priolo had dropped a 6-4 overtime decision to Rob Kein of Muhlenberg earlier in the day.

Kraus went 2-0 on the day for the Blue Jays as he picked up a 4-1 decision over Jared Vivacqua of Muhlenberg and an 8-1 decision against Jon McCarthy of Ursinus. Both of Kraus' wins came at 174-pounds for the Blue Jays while Eric Fishel went 2-0 at 184-pounds for Hopkins on Saturday. Fishel recorded an 11-3 major decision over Matt Horn of Muhlenberg and a pin in 5:52 over Harry Keyser of Ursinus.

Tyler Schmidt and Mickey Keane went 1-1 on the day for the Blue Jays. Schmidt picked up a pin in 4:22 over James Domestico of Ursinus at 197-pounds. Earlier he had lost to Matt Loesch of Muhlenberg by a pin in 1:42. Keane picked up a win at 165-pounds with a pin in 6:23 against David Lavin of Muhlenberg. Keane dropped his match versus Michael Schwager of Ursinus by pin in 2:45.

Hopkins returns to action next on Wednesday when the Blue Jays travel to McDaniel to take on the Green Terror. The grapplers will take to the mat with action set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
