ALLENTOWN, PA - Meagan Donohoe hit for .256, and Hopkins defeated Muhlenberg 3-0 (25-22, 25-20, 25-17) to earn its second straight conference victory. Junior Mariel Metalios added 24 assists, and four other Blue Jays had at least four kills to help the team improve to 2-0 in the Centennial.

In the first set, Stephanie Yokoyama and Kim Bronson both served three straight points each, and Hopkins held off a late Muhlenberg charge to win 25-22. The Mules came within a point again in the second set when Hopkins held a 21-20 lead, but the Blue Jays scored four straight points to take the set 25-20. The Jays cruised in the third set to a 25-17 victory, and picked up the team's sixth win of the season.

Hopkins will return to action on September 24 to face Stevenson. The team's last met at the Gio Memorial Tournament on September 7, when Stevenson won 3-0.
