SHENANDOAH, TX - Johns Hopkins senior Ana Bogdanovski claimed gold for the second time in as many days as she won the 200 Free at the 2015 NCAA Championship Thursday night. The Blue Jays picked up 73 points to finish day two of the championship in fifth place. Defending champion Emory sits in first place with 323.5 points, followed by Denison (252), Williams (213), Kenyon (195) and Johns Hopkins (141) to round out the top five.

Hopkins opened the night with a third-place finish in the 200 Free Relay, the program's second straight medal in the event. Freshman Anna Wisniewski led the relay off with a career-best split of 23.74. Bogdanovski and freshman Kaitlin Jones followed with splits of 22.68 and 22.95 and senior Kylie Holden closed in 23.60 for the Blue Jays' time of 1:32.97. It is the third fastest time in program history and earned the Jays 32 points.

Wisniewski followed with a fourth-place finish in the 400 IM. She finished in 55.17 to pick up 15 points for the Blue Jays. Sophomore Abby Brown took third place in the consolation final, 11th overall, as she touched in 56.08 to earn six more points for JHU. Bogdanovski then won the 200 Free, clocking in at 1:46.69 to beat the field by eighth-tenths of a second. She also grabbed 20 points for her team as she grabbed her second straight title in the event and her ninth career NCAA title.

Day three of the NCAA Championship begins at 10:00 am on Friday, March 20 with the 200 Fly prelims. Finals are slated for a 6:00 pm start.
