? The Short Story: The Johns Hopkins water polo team got back in the win column on Saturday with a 17-3 win over Washington & Jefferson at the Bison Invitational. Hopkins, which is ranked number one in Division III, improves to 4-1 on the season.
How it Happened
? Johns Hopkins opened the game on a 7-0 run, fueled by a first-quarter hat trick by freshman Andreas Katsis. Washington & Jefferson got on the board with 25 seconds left in the first quarter to make it 7-1.
? Junior Matt Fraser opened the second-quarter scoring with his second of the night, but the Presidents answered with two straight to make it an 8-3 match. That would be the last goal Washington & Jefferson would score.
? Sophomore Jono Gillette answered for Hopkins with 3:44 to play in the second and ignited a game-ending 9-0 run. Nine different players scored for the Blue Jays during the run.

? Johns Hopkins is now 15-0 all-time against Washington & Jefferson.
