After the Blue Jays knotted the match 15-all with three bouts remaining, McDaniel got wins by decision from Nick Cross at 184, Jake Pooton at 197 and Taylor Avino at 285 to secure the win. Pooton topped Miles Gilliam in overtime on a takedown 38 seconds into sudden death to give the Terror a 21-15 lead and Avino used two takedowns and an escape to secure at 5-3 win over Hayden Good at 285.
