• The teams traded goals early and were tied at two with 3:17 to play in the opening quarter. The Colonials then put together a five-goal run over a span of four and a half minutes to push out to a 7-2 lead. Freshman

• George Washington came out firing in the third quarter, outscoring Hopkins, 5-1, to take a 12-5 lead into the fourth. Senior
Finn Banks and sophomore
Jayden Kunwar sandwiched goals around a strike from the Colonials to pull within six with 5:28 to play. That's as close as the Blue Jays could get however as the game ended in a 13-7 final.
