BALTIMORE, MD –
Carson Bourdo, who recently capped a standout four-year career as a member of the Johns Hopkins football team, added yet another honor to his already impressive haul of post-season accolades as he has been named to the Walter Camp All-America First Team it was recently announced. The organization named just one team.

This is the third All-America selection from the 2025 season for Bourdo as he previously earned First Team All-America honors from the Associated Press and Second Team All-America honors from D3football.com.

The Walter Camp All-America Team was first selected in 1899 with only the highest level of college football a part of the process for many years. For the first time in 2024, a Division III All-America Team was added and the selection of Bourdo this season makes him the first Walter Camp All-American in program history.

Bourdo finished fourth on the team in tackles (60), tied for team-lead in interceptions (4) and was second in pass breakups (7) as a senior. He capped his career with 195 tackles, nine interceptions and 19 pass breakups.

Johns Hopkins finished the 2025 season with a 12-2 record and made a second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Semifinals, where it dropped an epic 48-41 decision at eventual national champion Wisconsin-River Falls. The 12 wins tied the program record for most wins in a season, while the trip to the semifinals was the third in program history, all of which have come since 2018.
