BALTIMORE, MD – Lacey Downey has been added to the 2026 Tewaaraton Award Watch List it was announced today. She joins Ava Angello and Reagan O'Brien on the list and this is the second straight year that three Blue Jays have earned the distinction.
 
Downey ranks second on the team in goals (31), assists (22), points (53), caused turnovers (30) and draw controls (21). She also leads the team in ground balls (39) and free position goals (13). Downey ranks second in the nation in free position goals, sixth in ground balls and shot percentage, and ninth in caused turnovers. She also ranks third in the Big Ten in points and fifth in goals and assists.
 
Hopkins returns to action on Thursday, March 26 as the Blue Jays host the third-ranked Maryland Terrapins. Opening draw for the Big Ten contest is scheduled for 4:00 pm.
