GREENWOOD, IN – Recent graduate
Jorge Gana has been named to the 2025-26 Academic All-America Men's At-Large Second Team as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). This is the fourth consecutive year that the Johns Hopkins men's fencing team has produced a CSC Academic All-American.
The Blue Jay men's fencing program has now produced 11 CSC Academic All-Americans since 1997-98, including five in the last four seasons. This is Gana's first career selection to the Academic All-America team.

• Posted a 72-41 record as a senior and tied for first in wins on the Epee squad
• Led, or tied for the lead, in wins on the Epee squad in each of his four seasons
• Finished his career with a 328-185 record in the Epee and 334-186 overall
• His 328 Epee wins rank second in program history
• Four top five finishes at MACFA Championships, including 2024 Epee title
