Jason Marlow joined the staff in 2021 and works primarily with the infielders while assisting with hitters.  His previous coaching experience includes: 3 seasons as an assistant at Lebanon Valley College working with hitters and coaching 1^st base, and serving as JV head coach and assistant coach at the John Carroll School in Bel Air, Md.

During the summer, Marlow serves as head coach for a Maryland Collegiate League team after spending 3 seasons as a head coach with Evoshield Canes.
