At Westwood: Two-year starter and helped team to consecutive appearances in state playoffs • Team captain as a senior, when he recorded 70 tackles and 11.5 sacks to earn first team all-league honors and an all-county honorable mention nod • Three time varsity letterwinner in track as a javelin thrower.

Personal: Michael Scott Rocca • The son of Cindi and Glenn Rocca • Has one brother, Glenn, who graduated from Johns Hopkins in 2010 and was a four-year member of the Blue Jay football team • Majoring in biology.
