- Member of football and wrestling teams.
- Helped football team to a 37-13 record with one trip to the state title game and two other appearances in the state semifinals.
- All-district and all-state selection as a junior and senior.
- Totaled 46 tackles, 3.0 TFLs, one sack and one PBU as a junior and added 33 tackles, 13.5 TFL’s, 4.0 sacks, four hurries and one forced fumble as a senior.
- Won heavyweight state title in wrestling as a junior. Finished third in the state as a sophomore and fourth as a freshman.
