Johns Hopkins men's basketball head coach Josh Loeffler announced the hiring of Conor Dow as an assistant coach for the Blue Jays. Dow comes to Hopkins after a one-year stint at Ithaca.

Dow has coached at both the college and professional level over the course of his career. After graduating from Clark University in 2015, he joined the staff at Lafayette as Director of Basketball operations. He spent two seasons (2015-17) with the Leopards before joining the Dallas Mavericks' Player Development staff. Dow served as an assistant coach for the Mavericks' G League affiliate, the Texas Legends, from 2018-21.

Dow then joined the Saskatchewan Rattlers staff in April 2021 as the lead assistant coach/defensive coordinator before being promoted to interim head coach that summer. In October 2021, Dow was named an assistant coach at Ithaca. He helped the Bombers to a 17-9 record and a berth in the 2022 Liberty League semifinals. In addition, two Bombers were named to the All-Liberty League team.

A native of Needham, MA Dow earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Clark. He played in 48 games over his final two seasons with the program.
