At North Carolina: Spent two seasons as a reserve goalie at North Carolina • Appeared in three games and registered six saves while allowing three goals in 12 minutes of action during the 2004 and 2005 seasons • Two-year member of the Tar Heel wresting team as well.
At Towson: Member of the lacrosse, football and wrestling teams at Towson • Earned team MVP honors and second team all-city/county as a senior, when he helped team to a 10-4 record • Lacrosse team posted a 30-11 record in his three seasons of varsity play • Maryland State Champion in wrestling as a senior after finishing fourth at state tournament as a junior • Posted a 42-0 record as a senior • Three-year letter winner in football as a running back and linebacker with one selection to the All-Baltimore County team • Served as a team captain in all three sports as a senior.
