Career Summary
- Played in 53 games in his career and won 288-of-601 faceoffs with 164 ground balls, six goals and four assists to his credit.
- Finished 10th in school history in career faceoff attempts.
2024
- BIg Ten Distinguished Scholar.
- Named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team.
- Played in 13 games.
- Is 53-of-124 (.427) at the X with one goal and 35 ground balls to his credit.
- Sparked 13-7 win over 17th-ranked Loyola as he was 11-of-17 (.647) with five ground balls.
- Helped fuel a 16-14 win at second-ranked Virginia as he was 10-of-18 at the X with one goal and seven ground balls.
- Won 10-of-21 faceoffs and added seven GBs in a 10-9 overtime loss to Navy.
- Was 5-of-12 at the X and grabbed the 150th ground ball of his career in an 11-10 overtime win at Ohio State.
- Difference-maker in a 13-10 win over Lehigh in first round of NCAAs as he was 11-of-20 at the X with 10 ground balls.  Won 7-of-9 faceoffs in the fourth quarter, including seven straight at one point, to fuel the victory.
2023
- Named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team.
- Played in all 18 games and has won 121-of-237 (.511) faceoffs with 61 GBs, one goal and two assists.
- Was 28-of-45 (.622) with 16 GBs over last five games of the season.
- Went 5-of-10 with three GBs in a 12-7 win at #17 Jacksonville and came back with an 11-of-22 showing with two GBs in a 13-12 win over third-ranked Georgetown.
- Went 5-of-9 at the X with three GBs in a 12-8 win over Utah.
- Sparked 15-14 win over #13 St. Joe’s as he went 18-of-32 at the X with one goal and 10 GBs against, statistically, the nation’s top faceoff specialist.  Named Big Ten Specialist of the Week for his effort against the Hawks.
- Sparked win over Delaware as he was 19-of 26 at the X with a career-high 11 GBs.  19 FO wins are one shy of career high.
- Fueled 16-12 win over ninth-ranked Rutgers with one assist, an 8-of-15 showing at the X and two GBs.
- Went 8-of-9 at the X with five GBs in a 17-8 win over #17 Ohio State.
- Sparked 12-11 win at #4 Maryland as he was 14-of-23 with five ground balls in the win.  JHU had lost the first four faceoffs of the game before Dunn came in and took the last 23 of the game for JHU.
- Was 3-of-8 with three GBs in first round of the NCAA Tournament against Bryant and 2-of-4 with two GBs against Notre Dame in the NCAA Quarterfinals.
2022
- Named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team.
- Played in 14 games and handled majority of faceoff duties through 10 games before the return of senior Matt Narewski.
- Was 99-of-196 (.505) at the X with a team-high 59 GBs, two goals and two assists on the year.
- Sparked season-opening win against Jacksonville as he was 11-of-18 on faceoffs with eight ground balls.
- Came back with a 20-of-32 showing with 10 GBs in an 18-12 win at Towson.  All three of those totals are career highs.
- Was 15-of-28 with six GBs in a loss at fourth-ranked Georgetown and was 9-of-20 with nine GBs in an 11-10 win over Loyola.
- Scored first goal of the season, won 6-of-17 faceoffs and had four GBs at 10th-ranked UNC and was 9-of-18 with three GBs at second-ranked Virginia.
- Scored second goal of the season, won 2-of-6 faceoffs and added two GBs in a 16-8 win over Penn State in the B1G QF.
- Closed season on a strong note was he was 5-of-6 at the X with four GBs and one assist in a loss to top-ranked Maryland in the B1G Semifinals.
2021
- Played in eight games as a reserve faceoff specialist.
- Made first career appearance in an 18-10 loss at Maryland early in the season and then played in the final seven games of the year.
- Had two goals and eight ground balls and won 13-of-36 (.361) faceoffs on the year.
- Won 4-of-7 faceoffs and scored first career goal in second game against Ohio State-2.
- Won 3-of-5 faceoffs and added two ground balls at seventh-ranked Rutgers-2.
- Scored second goal of the year in a 14-13 loss to top-ranked Maryland in final regular season game of the year.  
At Calvert Hall
- Spent final two seasons as top faceoff specialist for lacrosse team.  Won better than 75% of faceoffs as a junior and 70% in COVID-shortened 2020 season.
- Helped team to prestigious MIAA "A" title as a junior, when team posted a 17-1 record and finished season ranked #2 in the nation.
- All-state selection as a junior.

- Has one older brother, Braden, and one younger sister, Allie.
- Grandfather (Jay Dunn) is a Johns Hopkins graduate and was a long-time assistant coach with the Blue Jay track programs.
