Bridget Rothert enters her third season as an assistant coach with Johns Hopkins in 2021-22. A 2016 graduate of Lebanon Valley College, prior to coming to Baltimore, she spent two seasons as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Marymount University. During her stint in Arlington, the Saints compiled a two-year record of 47-9 with Capital Athletic Conference regular season and tournament championships in 2018 and a 2019 Atlantic East Conference championship in the program's inaugural AEC campaign.
Rothert began her collegiate playing career at Division II Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, N.C.. As a freshman, she was a part of the program's first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament before transferring to Lebanon Valley for her final three years of eligibility.
The Germantown, MD-native helped LVC to a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances (2013, 2014) and a 2015 ECAC Championship in her three seasons with the Dutchmen. A prolific scorer during her time in Annville, Rothert holds the school record for three-pointers made in a game (7) and sits second on the program's single-season scoring list (459 points, 2014-15).
