Moneshia Davis joined the Johns Hopkins women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in the Fall of 2023.
Davis comes to Hopkins after serving as an assistant coach and the eventual interim head coach at nearby Goucher College from 2022-2023. While with the Gophers, Davis' primary responsibilities included leading the recruitment process for prospective student-athletes as well as assisting with on-court coaching, player development, scouting reports and the implementation of defensive schemes. Davis has also served as the head coach of Bryn Mawr's Middle School basketball team while teaching physical education since 2017.
A 2012 graduate of Morgan State University with a degree in physical education, Davis also earned her Masters degree in teaching in 2020.
