Biography
2005: Played and started all 17 games finished fourth on the team in ground balls (28), draw controls (17) and caused turnovers (14) scored five goals off 10 shots and added two assists for seven points had four ground balls, two caused turnovers, one draw control and first assist of the year in season-opening 15-4 win over Davidson scored in back-to-back wins over #16 Vanderbilt and George Mason scored one goal in three straight games against Notre Dame, #10 Penn State and #6 Georgetown tallied one goal, four ground balls, two draw controls and two caused turnovers in 13-6 win at #16 Vanderbilt had three ground balls, three draw controls, one caused turnover and one assist in 11-8 win over George Washington.
2004: Played all 17 games and started 13 of the last 14 finished fourth on the team in goals (21) and draw controls (20) and fifth in points (25) scored a career-high four goals and added an assist in the win at #6 Notre Dame scored three goals against #7 Maryland recorded two goals and an assist against #13 Boston University had a goal, two assists and four ground balls vs. Ohio University scored two goals and caused three turnovers against #5 James Madison in the NCAA Tournament named to ALC Academic Honor Roll
2003: Named team[apos]s Rookie of the Year appeared in all 16 games, starting the final 11 recorded three goals in the 14-7 win over #19 Northwestern on March 28 added two goals and an assist in the 15-4 victory over George Washington on April 25 scored two goals in the 12-11 win at Ohio University on March 16 and in the 15-10 victory at American on April 23 had a goal and an assist on April 30 in the 12-5 win at Towson collected six ground balls on March 14 at #18 Ohio State and added five at #2 Maryland on April 12 named to ALC Academic Honor Roll.
Personal: Kelley M. Putnam born March 9, 1984 daughter of Lou and Kate Putnam high school All-American as a senior and honorable mention All-American as a junior named First team All-New Jersey in 2002 and Third Team All-New Jersey in 2001 led Moorestown to the state championship in each of her last three seasons member of soccer team that won the South Jersey Championship in 2001 also played basketball at Moorestown political science major with a minor in Spanish.
