Biography
2004: Appeared in all 17 games and started 11 on the Hopkins defense second on the team with 29 draw controls and fourth with 10 caused turnovers also had 23 ground balls had three ground balls and two caused turnovers against George Mason won three draw controls versus Maryland, Northwestern and James Madison fourth on the Hopkins Division I career list with 67 draw controls named to ALC Academic Honor Roll.
2003: Started all 16 games on defense led Hopkins with 28 draw controls 1.75 draw controls per game ranked seventh in the conference scored a goal in the season opener against No. 2 Duke on March 2 scored a goal, collected a season-high five ground balls and added two caused turnovers in the 14-7 win over Northwestern on March 28 recorded two ground balls, three caused turnovers and three draw controls in the 12-7 victory over William and Mary on March 8 had four draw controls against Ohio, George Washington and George Mason named to ALC Academic Honor Roll.
2002: Appeared in all but two games in the JHU midfield scored first career goal at Duke on March 3 also scored goals vs. Villanova, Hofstra and Towson recorded two ground balls against Villanova and Towson caused two turnovers in the 16-6 win over Davidson on March 15 finished the season with eight ground balls, six caused turnovers and 10 draw controls named to ALC Academic Honor Roll.
Personal: Kristen E. Miller born April 5, 1983 daughter of John and Carole Miller all-metro as a senior in high school led Notre Dame Prep to the state championship in 2001 twice named to field hockey All-Baltimore County team member of 2000 state champion basketball team brother, Pat `02, played lacrosse at Hopkins and was an assistant coach for the Blue Jay men for the last two years member of Hopkins Christian Athletes public health major.
