Biography
At Hopkins: Co-captain will start on the Blue Jay defense this season has worked tirelessly to establish herself as an impact defender emotional leader of the team stick skills have developed trememdously plays with a lot of enthusiasm.
2003: Earned team[apos]s Unsung Hero award started all 16 games on the Hopkins defense recorded first point of career by assisting on a goal in the 15-4 win over George Washington on April 25 collected nine ground balls and added two caused turnovers on March 11 in the 8-4 victory over Pennsylvania had five ground balls in the 11-4 victory at Villanova on April 16 added four ground balls in the 15-10 win at American on April 23 caused three turnovers and picked up a ground ball on April 27 in the 12-2 victory over No. 14 North Carolina recorded two draw controls versus No. 9 Penn State on April 7.
2002: Appeared in 11 games picked up one ground ball vs. William & Mary, American, Maryland and Villanova only draw control of the season came on March 15 in the 16-6 win over Davidson.
2001: Appeared in 14 games and made one start collected 27 ground balls recorded three draw controls.
Personal: Rachel Krom born May 29, 1982 daughter of Fred and Kathy Krom member of soccer, basketball, lacrosse and track teams at Summit won the coach[apos]s award and was a captain in each sport member of the 1999 women[apos]s lacrosse state championship team vice-president of Summit High School sister, Kourtney, was a swimmer at Penn and brother, Fred, plays lacrosse at Duke international relations major.
