Johns Hopkins University Athletics

Mikaylie DePalma joined the Blue Jay swim coaching staff in August 2024. She came to Baltimore from St. Joseph's University, where she spent last season as an assistant coach for the Golden Eagles.

DePalma has also served as a swim coach and counselor for camps at the US Naval Academy and Texas A&M. She is a 2022 graduate of Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Marketing. She was a four-year member of the Seawolves swim team.
