- Went 6-10 while competing exclusively at 149 in first season.
- Earned first career win with a third-period pin of Nick Gonzalez of Elizabethtown at the Messiah Invitational.
- Went 2-2 at the Messiah Invitational and 3-2 at the Citrus Invitational.
- Five of six wins on the year were of the bonus-point variety with four pins and one major decision.
- 20-second pin of Springfield Tech's Delwin Martin was th fourth-fastest of the season for a Blue Jay.

- Three-year varsity wrestler.
- Placed at the CIF Southern Section Championships and qualified for the California State Championships as a junior.
- Helped team to the CIF Coastal Division title as a junior and runner-up finishes as a sophomore and senior.
- Team also claimed two CIF Southern Section titles and qualified for the California State Tournament in each of his three seasons.
