Elton De Oliveira Santos joined the Johns Hopkins coaching staff in 2026.
De Oliveira Santos is also the head coach of Maryland United ECNL, where he has coached since 2022. He previously served as the head coach of Baltimore Celtic 2008 (2017-2022) and McDonogh Middle School & High School (2017-19). He was also assistant coach for Baltimore Celtic U13 ECNL (2017-18), Baltimore Celtic U18/19 ECNL (2018-19) and Baltimore Celtic U18/19 NL (2019-20).
De Oliveira Santos won conference and CCL Pro 23 championships with ECNL U18 in 2026. He also won U13 (2018) and U14 (2022) State Cup Championships, along with U13 PRCL (NPL) 2021 Championship.
De Oliveira Santos played professionally in Brazil (2005-14), Poland (2014), Romania (2015-16), and the United States (2015-2025). He is a graduate of Tuiuti University of Parana and has a USSF C Coaching License.
