In his first season as a member of the Blue Jay coaching staff is Joe Eldredge, who works with the Blue Jay running backs under the direction of offensive coordinator Alex Horvatits.

Eldredge got his start in coaching as a senior at Western New England after his playing career was cut short by an injury.  As a senior, he served as s student assistant coach, working closely with the quarterbacks and running backs while assisting in all areas of practice and game planning.

Eldredge was a quarterback and three-year member of the football team at Western New England, where earned a degree in communication/media and journalism.
