Nikhil Bagchi joined the Blue Jays' cross country and track & field coaching staff in the Fall of 2024 with a primary focus on assisting middle distance runners. A four-year member of Rutgers' TF/XC teams, Bagchi was a member of the 2021-22 Academic All-B1G team and is currently pursuing his PhD at Johns Hopkins.
