Steph Littleton joined the Johns Hopkins Department of Athletics in 2016, and serves as Director of Blue Jays Unlimited, the development and alumni relations arm of Johns Hopkins Athletics. In her role, she helps lead philanthropic and volunteer leadership strategy and engagement efforts in support of Johns Hopkins 24 varsity programs.
 
Littleton works closely with alumni, families, friends, and coaches to advance philanthropic priorities across the department. Her work includes major and annual giving, donor engagement, volunteer leadership, sport-specific fundraising initiatives and strategic programs designed to strengthen the long-term future of Hopkins Athletics. She serves as the primary sports liaison for the men’s and women’s lacrosse program and the men's basketball program. She also serves as the staff support for the Hopkins Lacrosse Alumni Board. She has helped develop and launch several department-wide initiatives, including the Johns Hopkins Athletics Leadership Giving Circle and The Reynolds Society, the department’s premier lifetime giving recognition group.
 
During Littleton’s tenure, Blue Jays Unlimited has experienced significant growth in philanthropic support for Johns Hopkins Athletics. In FY26, BJU raised more than $8.8 million for Athletics, while the Blue Jays Unlimited Annual Fund established a new record with more than $2.5 million raised in a single year.
 
Littleton joined Johns Hopkins in 2014 and became a member of the Blue Jays Unlimited team in 2016. Since then, she has held progressively increasing leadership roles within Athletics Development before being named Director of Blue Jays Unlimited. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Athletics, she worked in development at the Whiting School of Engineering and began her professional career in social work.
 
Littleton is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins. She also holds a Certificate in Executive Presence from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Certificate in Effective Leadership, Successful Fundraising from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She got her bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies from Gordon College.
