First Day at Johns Hopkins: August 12, 2019
Tyler Golembrosky joined the Johns Hopkins Sport Performance staff in August 2019 and serves the athletic trainer for the Blue Jay football, wrestling, men's fencing and women's fencing programs.
Golembrosky came to Johns Hopkins from Campbell University, where he spent three years as a member of the athletic training staff. He was a graduate assistant during his first two years at Campbell before being promoted to assistant athletic trainer in 2018. He worked closely with the Campbell football and cheerleading teams throughout his time there and was the host athletic trainer for the 2018 NCAA Women's College Cup in Cary, North Carolina.
A 2016 graduate of the University of Delaware, Golembrosky spent four years as a student assistant in the athletic training room at UD and worked with a number of Blue Hen programs, including football, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse and men's soccer.
Golembrosky, who interned with the NFL's Atlanta Falcons during the summers of 2014 and 2015, earned his undergraduate degree in athletic training with a minor in strength and conditioning from Delaware and later earned a master's degree from Campbell in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in exercise science.
