The Short Story: The Blue Jays knocked off Salisbury in four sets to win their 51st consecutive match, tied for the sixth-longest streak in NCAA Women's Volleyball history.
Set One
• Despite jumping out to a 5-0 lead in the first set, the Blue Jays were given all they could handle by Salisbury. The Sea Gulls forced the Blue Jays to extend the first set before Hopkins pulled off a 26-24 first set victory.

Danielle Norman totaled seven kills in the first set for Hopkins, adding a service ace as well while
Natalie Aston chipped in with a pair of service aces.
• The Blue Jays took six of the final seven points of the set to avoid falling behind early
Set Two
• Despite falling behind 5-3 early in the set, JHU had far less trouble with the Gulls in the second, earning a 25-16 set win.

Elayna Williams led Hopkins with six kills in the set while Norman continued her outstanding evening with five kills.
Lauren Anthony chipped in with four kills.
• The Jays earned eight straight points, going from down 5-3 to up 11-5 with
Evelyn Batista serving for seven of the eight points.
Set Three
• Trailing 5-3, Salisbury earned six straight points, taking a 9-5 lead. The Blue Jays attack was out of sync, logging four attack errors during the run.
• Salisbury led by as many as six before JHU pulled it to 16-14 on a Danielle Norma ace.
• Hopkins cut it to one, but won five of six, taking a 22-17 lead before ultimately stealing the third set.
Set Four
• After a back-and-forth start, JHU took five straight points to extend the set lead to 12-6 with Anthony serving.
• A kill from Norman and an ace from Aston put the Jays up 15-7 before another Norman kill made it 17-9.
• Aston ended things with an ace for a 25-17 set win.
What it Means
• Johns Hopkins moves up the all-time consecutive wins list with number 51. The win ties Bates for third-best in DIII history and sixth-best in all divisions.

The Short Story: The Blue Jays defeated CMU in straight sets to pass Bates on the all-time consecutive wins list, tying USC for the fifth-best in Women's Volleyball history.
Set One
• Tied 6-6, Williams picked up a pair of kills, Anthony added a kill and
Roxy Karrer picked up a service ace to push Hopkins out to an 11-6 lead.
• A pair of kills from
Eleni Panagopoulos picked up a pair of kills to push the JHU lead to 16-11.
• Leading 17-14, Williams registed a pair of kills and a service ace to help extend the Hopkins lead to 21-14, giving the Jays enough cushion to earn a 25-18 first set victory.
Set Two
• The second set started off as a to-and-fro battle with CMU taking an 8-7 lead on a Olivia Devereux kill.
• Hopkins earned the next four points, getting back-to-back kills from
Sydney Portale to take an 11-8.
• The Blue Jays took an 18-13 lead on another kill from Norman. The Tartans cut it to three, but the Blue Jays took a 25-20 set victory.
Set Three
• Hopkins trailed 6-3 early, but tied it up at 7-7 after a Tartans service error.
• The Blue Jays won five of six points, getting a service ace from Batista and a pair of aces from Aston, to take a 14-11 lead.
• The Tartans battled to within one at 17-18 and 20-21, but Hopkins took four of the final five points to earn a sweep over Carnegie Mellon.
