Tom Quarry has been named the Centennial Conference Player of the Week. This is his second career player of the week honor.
Quarry averaged 21.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks while shooting 50 percent from the field to lead Johns Hopkins to a pair of 20+ point wins last week. He scored 27 points, hit six three-pointers, grabbed five rebounds and two steals and also handed out an assist against Gettysburg Tuesday night in JHU's Centennial Conference opener. Quarry followed that with 16 points, three rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal versus Lycoming on Sunday afternoon.
Quarry is averaging 15.0 points and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 42.5 percent from the field, including 40.5 percent from three-point, and 91.7 percent from the line. Hopkins (5-1, 1-0 CC) returns to action on Wednesday, December 1 against Washington College. Tip-off at Goldfarb Gym is slated for 7:00 pm.
