Kristen Cornish led the Johns Hopkins women's swim team with three wins at Georgetown Friday afternoon. The Blue Jays also grabbed a relay win over the Hoyas.
Hopkins kicked off the meet with third and fourth-place finishes in the 200 Medley Relay. The team of junior

Cornish then grabbed the top spot in the 200 Free as she clocked in at 1:52.85. Freshman
Claire Han followed in third place with a time of 1:54.50. Higgins took third place in the 100 Back as she finished in 1:00.21. Freshman
Rachel Davis and Chelus then went two-three in the 100 Breast.
Rachel Davis swam a time of 1:07.66, and Chelus finished in 1:08.38.
Emerson Davis placed third in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:08.79.
Alicea-Jorgensen then won the 50 Free as she touched the wall in 24.17. Basler finished in fourth place with a time of 25.13. The Blue Jays followed with second, third and fourth-place finishes in the 100 Free. Han took second place with a time of 53.62 – just eight-hundredths of a second out of first. Freshman
Alex Watson placed third in 53.96 and sophomore
Megan Craven then placed fourth in 55.47.
Higgins grabbed second place in the 200 Back as she clocked in at 2:05.75. Liu followed with a third-place finish in the 200 Breast and a time of 2:26.31. Cornish picked up her second win of the day as she cruised to a first-place finish in the 500 Free in 4:59.21. Sophomore
Meg Susil finished in fourth place with a swim of 5:10.81.
Emerson Davis picked up another third-place finish in the Fly, as she finished the 100 in 59.30. JHU ended the night with a win in the 200 Free Relay. Liu, graduate student
Sophia Girgenti, Han and Alicea-Jorgensen finished with a time of 1:37.01 to beat the Hoyas by more than 1.8 seconds.
Hopkins returns to the pool on Friday, February 3 at the Cavalier Invitational.
