LEWISBURG, PA – The Johns Hopkins women's swim team had another good day at the Bucknell Invitational as the Blue Jays posted four NCAA B cuts and a pair of career-best swims. Hopkins remains in fifth place in the seven-team field.
Hopkins kicked off the night with a fifth-place finish in the 200 Medley Relay. The team of freshman

Elizabeth Cohen combined for an NCAA B time of 1:44.38. Sophomore
Rachel Davis then won the C Final of the 400 IM as she touched in 4:30.38.
Cohen placed fifth in the B Final of the 100 Fly with a time of 57.70. Petitt followed in seventh place in 58.04. Freshman
Ayden Min finished in seventh place in the C Final with a time of 59.38. Her prelim time of 59.01 is a career best.

Julia Tuinman led a trio of Blue Jays in the A Final of the 200 Free. She finished in second place with an NCAA B cut and career-best swim of 1:50.70. Sophomore
Claire Han placed fifth in 1:52.58 and classmate
Alex Watson placed seventh in 1:53.86. Senior
Caroline Storen finished in sixth place in the B Final with a swim of 1:54.26. In the C Final, senior
Makenzie Higgins placed fifth in 1:55.38.

Taylor Rohovit took seventh place in the 100 Breast and turned in an NCAA B cut of 1:04.23. Liu finished in fourth in the B Final with a time of 1:05.08 and sophomore
Katherine Chelus placed fifth in 1:055.11. Chelus' prelim swim of 1:04.97 is a career best.
Senior
Cameron Roche and Lan went back-to-back in the C Final of the 100 Back. Roche placed fifth in 58.82 and beat Lan by just five-hundredths of a second. Hopkins ended the night with a third-place finish and an NCAA B Cut in the 800 Free Relay. Junior
Kristin Cornish, Han, Watson and Tuinman turned in a time of 7:32.97.
The Bucknell Invitational concludes on Sunday, December 3. The day begins with the prelims of the 200 Back at 10:00 am.
