BALTIMORE, MD – The Johns Hopkins women's tennis team ran its winning streak to 10 and improved to 12-3 overall and 6-0 in the Centennial Conference as the Blue Jays eased past visiting Dickinson, 9-0, Wednesday afternoon at the JHU Tennis Courts.

With the victory, the Blue Jays are now 94-1 in their last 95 home matches and have won 24 straight against the Red Devils.

Johns Hopkins wasted no time taking control of the match as the Blue Jays swept the three doubles matches and dropped just five games along the way. The number one team of
Emily Javedan and
Christina Huynh cruised to an 8-0 win, while
Celina Liu and
Catharina Ausfahl picked up an 8-1 win at number two.

The Blue Jays won all six singles matches in straight sets with
Zoe Hsieh taking a 6-0, 6-0 win over Anabelle Armendarez in the number four spot to lead the way. Ausfahl dropped just one game in taking a 6-1, 6-0 victory at five and Anjali Deviriddy was the third finisher in singles as she cruised past Ariana Goitz 6-1, 6-3 .

Rounding out the victory in quick order were Huynh (6-0, 6-3), Liu (6-1, 6-3) and
Bea Manjon (6-2, 6-1), who picked up their straight-set wins at first, third and sixth singles, respectively.

Johns Hopkins will return to action on Saturday, April 8 when the Blue Jays welcome Haverford to Baltimore for a Centennial Conference match (11 am).
