GREENSBORO, NC – The Johns Hopkins women's swim team picked up 11 points on the first day of the 2024 NCAA Championships Wednesday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Kristin Cornish swam a 4:55.90 in the championship final of the 500 Free to finish in eighth place. This was her third straight year swimming in the championship final of the event. Cornish earns All-America honors for the ninth time in her career, including her eighth first team selection.
The NCAA Championships continue on Thursday, March 21 at 10:00 am with the prelims of the 200 Free Relay. The finals are scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.
