Jonathan Cui scored in the 88
th minute to tie the game and Johns Hopkins finished in a 2-2 tie with top-ranked Mary Washington. The Blue Jays are now 4-2-2 overall while the Eagles are 8-0-1.

Francis Meyer put the Blue Jays on the board in the 24
th minute. The midfielder sprung a counterattack and was fouled in the box, drawing a penalty kick. He took the kick and buried it for his second of the season.
Mary Washington, which had trailed for just 7:32 all season heading into tonight's game, drew level in the 33
rd minute. Jordy Santana played a long ball over the top to Sammy Amorose. He collected the pass, cut back to the middle of the field, eluding a defender, and then scored from 18 yards out.
Santana nearly put the Eagles on top in the 66
th minute. His header off a Gabe Francesconi corner kick looked destined to go in at the back post but was cleared off by senior
Ian Whamond. Less than three minutes later, Jared Dubose scored on a free kick 25 yards out to give Mary Washington the lead for the first time.
The lead lasted just over 18 minutes. Senior
Will Sangpachatanaruk settled a 50-50 ball and then played it down to Cui along the right side of the box . He took one touch and then fired a shot from the right side of the box that went off Freddy Rogers' hands and into the back of the goal for the equalizer.

Loucas Costeas finished with a season-best eight saves, while Rogers made three for the Eagles.
Hopkins returns to action on Saturday, September 28 as the Blue Jays host the Ursinus Bears. The Centennial Conference contest is scheduled for a 3:00 pm start.
