KANSAS CITY, MO – The Johns Hopkins women's soccer team was well represented on the 2024 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America and Scholar All-Region Teams it was recently announced.  Four Blue Jays were named to the Scholar All-Region V Team, while two of those four were named to the Scholar All-America Team.
 
Senior forward Katie Sullivan and junior defender Annie Isphording were both First Team Scholar All-America selections and were also First Team Scholar All-Region V picks as well.   Johns Hopkins was one of just three teams in the nation to have two players earn First Team Scholar All-America honors (MIT, Wisconsin-La Crosse).
 
In addition to Sullivan and Isphording, junior midfielder Megha Salvi was a First Team Scholar All-Region V selection, while second midfielder Juliana Taxter was a Second Team Scholar All-Region V pick.
 
Sullivan and Isphording become the 14^th and 15^th players in program history to earn Scholar All-America honors.  The 15 players have combined for a total of 20 selections since Meg McIntosh became the first player in program history be selected in 2005.  Sullivan and Isphording are also the seventh and eighth first team honorees in Blue Jay history.
