LANCASTER, PA – Lee has been named the Centennial Conference Swimmer of the Week for their second time this season.
Lee broke a pair of school and conference records and won two individual events in Hopkins' dual meet versus Georgetown. They swept the backstroke events, breaking the pool record in both events. They won the 100 in 55.81, breaking the previous CC record by .47 seconds. Lee then won the 200 with a record swim of 2:00.24, besting a 21-year-old CC record of 2:00.85. Lee also swam on the 400 Medley Relay that finished second in 3:47.88. That time was under the previous pool record but was also broken by the first-place Hoyas.
Lee's times both rank among the best in Division III, with the 200 Back time leading the nation and the 100 Back time ranking third.
Hopkins returns to action at the H20unds Invitational, November 21-23.
