200 Free Relay Garners All-America Honors at NCAA Championships

GREENSBORO, NC – Johns Hopkins wrapped up day two of the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships with an All-America finish in the 200 Free Relay. The Blue Jays are in 18th place after day with 16 points.
 
The Blue Jay team of Michelle Liu, Jaya Veerapaneni, Elizabeth Cohen and Anna Miler swam to a fifth-place finish in the consolation final, 13th overall, in the 200 Free Relay. The quartet finished in 1:333.63, shaving 0.35 seconds off their prelim swim. Liu garners All-America honors for the 11th time in her career, the most of any active Blue Jay. Cohen earns her third All-America honor, while Veerapaneni earns her second and Miler her first.
 
The NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships continue on Friday with the prelim of the 200 Medley Relay.
