AUSTIN, TX – Four Blue Jays have been named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-America Team it was announced today. Graduate student
Lucas Rackers and junior
Emmanuel Leblond were named to the first team while junior
Rowan Cassidy and sophomore
Alex Colletti were named to the third team.
Hopkins has now produced 15 CSC Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-Americans. Ten of those 15 selections have come since 2020 and the four selections this year are a program-record. Leblond and Rackers are just the third and fourth athletes in program history to earn First Team Academic All-America honors.
For the 2024-25 academic year, Johns Hopkins produced 27 CSC Academic All-Americans, the second most in school history. The 27 Academic All-Americans represent 12 of Johns Hopkins 20 athletic programs.

• Placed 3rd at 2024 Centennial Conference Cross Country Championships
• Earned all-region honors in Cross Country after placing ninth at NCAA Regional Championships
• Placed 4th at 2025 Centennial Conference Indoor Championships in the 3000m (8:39.85) and 5000m (15:12.33)
• 2025 Centennial Track Scholar-Athlete of the Year
• Six-time selection to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll
Alex Colletti (So.)
Major: Mechanical Engineering
• Member of national championship DMR team at the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track Championships
• Runner-up in the 60m (6.92) at Centennial Indoor Championships
• Runner-up in the 100m (10.78) and 200m (21.85) at Centennial Outdoor Championships
• Champion in 4x400m relay (3:16.65) and runner-up in 4x100m relay (41.68) team at 2025 Centennial Outdoor Championships
• JHU indoor record-holder in 60m (6.92) and 200m (21.87) dashes and outdoor 200m (21.37)

Major: Mechanical Engineering
• Two-time Centennial Conference Cross Country Champion and Runner of the Year
• Three-time All-American in Cross Country with a sixth-place finish at 2024 NCAA Championships
• First three-time All-American in JHU men's cross country history
• National runner-up in the 5,000m at 2025 NCAA Indoor Track Championships
• Placed third in the 5,000m at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track Championships
