CLEVELAND  – TheÂ
National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) selectedÂ
Grant Kelly, senior associate AD and executive director of development at Johns Hopkins University, to serve as President for the 2025-26 membership year.
In his role at Johns Hopkins, he oversees the athletics fundraising program (Blue Jays Unlimited), the annual fundraising arm that provides support to all 24 Hopkins varsity intercollegiate sport programs. He is responsible for all major giving; including capital, endowment, scholarship, and annual fund support and oversees an athletic development staff of five full-time employees.
"In 2009 I attended my first NACDA Convention," said Kelly. "As a young professional, I remember being absolutely stunned by the level of professionalism and commitment to excellence displayed by the NAADD Executive Committee. Over the next several years I took every opportunity to volunteer and eventually became a conference liaison through NAADD. Being named as a member of the NAADD Executive Committee in 2019 provided the platform to pay it forward to our exceptional athletics development professionals across the nation.  Serving as the 34
th President of NAADD is, simply put, a dream come true. Our industry is evolving each and every day, but the people and passion for serving our departments and student-athletes remains intact. Through professional development, mentorship, and transformational leadership, we will thrive together through change. I would like to thank Jen Montgomery for her leadership as President of NAADD, and personally for all of her support these last six years. Cheers to an amazing year and go NAADD!"
