Wyatt Eglinton Manner have been named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) team it was announced today. Jackson was named to the first team while Eglinton Manner was named to the second team. In addition, senior
Tanti Felli was named to the CC All-Sportsmanship Team.
Jackson earns all-conference honors for the second straight year after being named Second Team All-CC as a junior. He is the 23
rd player in program history to earn First Team All-CC honors. Jackson leads the conference in scoring with a career-best 18.9 points per game, the highest average by a Blue Jay since Andy Enfield averaged 21.0 in 1990-91. He also leads the CC in free throw percentage (.839) and ranks second in field goal percentage (.518) and third in rebounding (7.4). Jackson has totaled 510 points so far this season, just the fifth 500-point season in program history and scored his 1,000
th career point in the regular season finale at Dickinson.
Eglinton Manner earns All-CC honors for the first time in his career. He leads the Centennial in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.60) and ranks third in assists (3.4) and eighth in scoring (13.2). In addition, he ranks second on the team with 5.6 rebounds per game and is third in steals (37). Eglinton Manner nearly doubled his scoring average from last season, when he scored 7.4 points per game as a freshman. His 91 assists so far this season are 17
th most in school history.
Felli is averaging 8.8 points and 4.3 rebounds, along with 0.8 steals and 0.8 blocks. He's shooting 65.1 percent from the field and ranks ninth in the Centennial in blocks. A two-year starter, he is a two-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll selection and was named to the CSC Academic All-District team last year.
