- Played lacrosse, hockey and soccer.
- US Lacrosse All-American as a senior, when he won 216-of-255 (.847) faceoffs and added 35 goals and 16 assists.
- Finalist for Mr. Lacrosse in the state of Minnesota.
- Also earned first team all-state, first team all-metro and first team all-section as a senior, when he also grabbed team MVP honors.
- Helped team to an 11-2 record as a senior.
- First team all-conference selection in soccer.

Personal
- Spencer Sande.
- The son of Rod and Robin Sande.
- Has one older brother, Cooper.
- Father wrestled at the University of Minnesota, ranked eighth in school history in career victories (75) when he graduated and twice qualified for the NCAA Division I Championships.  He earned All-America honors once during his career.
- Majoring in economics with a minor in finance.
