Will Cosgarea joins the Blue Jay coaching staff in 2016-17. A junior at Johns Hopkins, he swam for the Blue Jays as a freshman. Cosgarea led McDonogh to the MIAA Championship as a sophomore and to second-place finishes as a freshman, junior and senior. He won the Alec J. Cosgarea Award as a senior and swam 12 years with the North Baltimore Aquatic Club. Cosgarea was an NCSA Junior National qualifier and the president of the McDonogh Student Government.He was also a team leader for Swim Across America.
