Bill Pullin joined the Blue Jay field hockey staff in the spring of 2019 and assists with player development. 

In his first year on the staff, Hopkins went 19-3 and won its second straight Centennial Conference title. The Blue Jays also made their second consecutive trip to the NCAA Final Four. This past season, JHU won a school-record 22 games and were ranked as high as second in the nation. Hopkins won the 2021 Centennial Conference title and finished as the national runner- up. 

Pullin was an assistant coach at nearby Goucher from 2014 to 2018, helping the Gophers to 40 wins and a Landmark Conference Tournament appearance. He is also a junior varsity coach at the Park School for field hockey, basketball and softball.

Since 2008, Pullin has been the Site Director and Coach at USA Field Hockey Futures-Baltimore. He is the co-founder and co-owner of Velocity Club Field Hockey in Baltimore.
