Jenna Halpin returns to her alma mater to join the Blue Jay coaching staff in 2026.
A two-time All-American, Halpin led Johns Hopkins to a five-year record of 103-13, five Centennial Conference titles and four NCAA championship game appearances. She was named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Year and NFHCA Region V Player of the Year as a graduate student in 2025. She earned All-Centennial Conference honors three times and finished her career with 11 goals, 24 assists and 46 points Halpin led the Blue Jays in assists (13) in her final season and she is tied for fourth in program history in career assists.
Halpin earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering in May 2025 and then her master's degree in the same field in December 2025. She was then commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Army Corps of Engineers. In 2025, Halpin was the recipient of the Women's Army Corps Veterans' Association Pallas Athene Award, one of the top honors for women ROTC cadets. The award honors students who demonstrate leadership potential and exemplify the values of service and patriotism that were central to the Women's Army Corps. In addition, she was named a College Sports Communicators First Team Academic All-American this past Spring.
