Randolf Thurman is in his first season on the Blue Jay men's basketball staff. He comes to Baltimore from Johnson & Wales (Providence), where he spent the last three seasons on the Wildcats’ staff.

During his time in Providence, Thurman coached three All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference selections and two 1,000-point scorers. He is also the head coach of BNL Elite AAU in Providence.

Thurman is a 2019 graduate of Dean College with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and marketing.
