- Had one ground ball and three caused turnovers in a 13-6 win over UMBC and added one ground ball and one caused turnover against Delaware.
- Named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week after helping JHU to the wins over UMBC and Delaware.
- Tallied four ground balls and one caused turnover in a 14-12 loss at Penn State.
- Grabbed two GBs and helped hold Maryland’s Jared Bernhardt to just one assist in an 8-7 triple OT loss to third-ranked Maryland.
- Helped Blue Jay defense hold Ohio State to five goals in a 6-5 win in the Big Ten Semifinals.
- Totaled three ground balls and helped hold Maryland’s Jared Bernhardt scoreless in the Big Ten Championship game.
2017

2016
- Started all 15 games on defense - only freshman on the team to start all 15 games.
- Tallied two goals, 23 ground balls and a team-high 11 caused turnovers on the year. Â 23 GBs were tied for eighth on the team.
- Scored first career goal and added three ground balls at Virginia. Â Goal was the third strike in a three-goal run that turned an 8-6 deficit into a 9-8 lead.
-Â Named Big Ten Freshman of the Week in Johns Hopkins' 12-11 overtime win at Penn State as he had three caused turnovers and one ground ball in the win.
U19 World Championships (Summer 2016)
- Member of United States' U19 World Championship Team.
- All-World selection on defense after helping United States allow just 31 goals in six games.
- Collected 11 ground balls in the six games - the most of any non-faceoff specialist on the team.
- 18th Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse player to win a U19 World Championship since the event debuted in 1988.
At St. John's Prep
- Member of lacrosse, soccer and basektball teams.
- Named team MVP as a senior, when he also grabbed
Salem News and Catholic Conference All-Star honors and Eastern Mass All-America honors.
- Catholic Conference and MA All-Star in soccer, after leading the team in goals as a senior.
- Helped soccer team to state semifinals as a senior.

- Patrick Foley has coached and served as a sales and marketing intern with 3d Lacrosse (Boston, MA). He has coached the 3d Lacrosse 2023 team since 2015 and began a sales and marketing internship with the organization in February 2017.
