BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins men's fencing team improved to 12-3 on the season with five wins on Sunday. The Blue Jays defeated visiting Virginia Tech, Maryland, St. John's (MD), William & Mary and Virginia. Sophomores David Ferguson (New York, NY/Stuyvesant) and Ben Dorfman (Lebanon, NJ/North Hunterdon) and senior Thomas Fellows (Beverly, MA/St. John's Prep) each went undefeated in their respective weapons.

Hopkins opened with a dominating 25-2 win over Viriginia Tech. The Blue Jays shutout the Hokies in both the Foil (9-0) and the Epee (9-0) and won the Sabre by a 7-2 score.
