-- Men's Lacrosse Takes on Towson Saturday --

A week removed from a season-opening defeat of Siena, the No. 4 Blue Jays hit the road for a matchup with Towson. The contest features coach vs. pupil, as Towson head coach Shawn Nadelen was a captain on Dave Pietramala's first Hopkins team in 2001. The Blue Jays lead the all-time series 37-3, dating back to 1976. Click here for all news and notes.

-- Women's Lacrosse Opens with Old Dominion --

No. 19 Hopkins opens its regular season schedule Saturday on Homewood Field at 1:00 pm as it takes on Old Dominion. It is the inaugural meeting between the sides. The Blue Jays are 14-5 (.737) all-time in home season-openers, and 6-3 (.667) since moving to Division I in 1999. Click here for all news and notes.

-- Men's and Women's Swimming Competes at Conference Championships --

The No. 5 women's swimming team looks to capture its third consecutive Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship, while the No. 2 men are searching for their first. The four-day meet began Wednesday night, as the women's 800 freestyle relay team smashed meet and school records with a time of 7:23.88. Through two days of action, the women are currently in second place (252), 26 points behind Wingate (278). Meanwhile, the men are in third place with 171 points.

-- Men's Basketball Hosts Washington College on Senior Night--

Hopkins closes out its regular season slate with a matchup against Washington College in Goldfarb Gym Saturday at 2:00 pm as it recognizes its four seniors on Senior Night. Hopkins can lock up the third seed in the conference tournament with a victory. The contest will be held in conjunction with the "Coaches vs. Cancer" program, and all donations will be passed on to the American Cancer Society.

-- Fencing Heads to Jr. Olympics, EWFC Individual Championships --

The men's and women's fencing teams will take a short ride to the Baltimore Convention Saturday to compete in the USFA Jr. Olympics. Five men and two women will represent Hopkins in the event. The following day, the women will compete in the Eastern Women's Fencing Conference Individual Championships in Hoboken, NJ.

-- Men's and Women's Track Tune Up for Conference Championships --

Hopkins will be sending about 80 athletes to the Keogh Invitational tonight in Haverford, PA as it makes its final preparations for the Centennial Conference Championships next weekend. Last weekend at the Bucknell Winter Classic, freshman Imoni McCorvey and senior Alexa Tzaferos set program records in the triple jump and 60-meter hurdles, respectively. Additionally, Schaffer Ochstein became the first freshman in Hopkins history to break 15 minutes in the 5,000-meter run.
